2008-2011 | Oceans All Over the World 4D Theaters on AIDA Cruises
In 2008, Kraftwerk Living Technologies equipped the first AIDA cruise ship, AIDAbella, with a high-quality 4D theater. Since then, 4D theaters have been added to four additional ships – the AIDAluna, AIDAblu, AIDAstella and AIDAsol.
Like all 4D theaters made by Kraftwerk Living Technologies, the theaters provide high-tech cinema technology including 3D HD projection, professional audio system, a reliable and nearly maintenance-free pneumatic motion base, as well as a state-of-the-art HD3D server featuring a movie licensing system for secured film files. The high-quality 4D seats feature 3 “Dimensions of Freedom” (3DOF) real analog movement and many special effects including water spray, face blast, vibration, leg ticklers, neck blast, wind effects, and effect lighting.
