
We are looking for a motivated personality to support our internal sales team at our headquarters in Wels, Austria.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Elaboration and preparation of offers and tenders (mainly in English) and timely dispatch to customers
- General assistance tasks (customer correspondence, general correspondence, minutes, presentations,…)
- Follow-up support for sales activities and offer tracking
- Appointment management and travel organization
- Support of planning, organization and supervision of international trade shows, in particular the preparation and follow-up stages
- Close cooperation with sales management and management with an interface function to technology, marketing and the legal department
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Completed commercial training
- First relevant professional experience – ideally in international project business
- Very good Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Very good verbal and textual communication skills in German and English
- Affinity for support of leisure and entertainment industry and technical interest
