YOUR TASKS INCLUDE
- Technical error analysis and troubleshooting
- Execution, documentation & reporting of service and maintenance activities
- Customer support on-site
- Management and execution of equipment repairs
- Processing of service tickets
- Troubleshooting via phone and remote support
- Concept design, implementation, programming, technical implementation, quoting and sales of enhancements to existing equipment
- Show programming for existing projects
- Ensuring the availability of existing systems
YOUR PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Sound knowledge and ideally experience in programming and implementation of media installations
- Completed technical education
- Interest in current high-level languages such as C#, HTML5 or hardware-related languages ( PLC controls, Crestron)
- Experience with lighting, sound and video technology
- Commercial skills (MS Office)
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken
