Located on the sixth floor of the reopened and historic Máj building in the heart of Prague, Back in Time Experience is a spectacular 50-minute multimedia journey that brings 1,200 years of Czech history vividly to life. Designed as a seamless fusion of education, culture, and entertainment, the attraction guides visitors through defining moments, legends, and personalities that have shaped both the nation and its capital.

Across eight meticulously themed rooms, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology transports visitors through the centuries. Advanced projection and LED systems, holographic effects, spatial sound, atmospheric lighting, animatronics, and even subtle scent effects weave together a truly multi-sensory narrative.
A highlight of the experience is the 5D cinema, featuring a 180-degree curved projection and advanced 4D SFX motion seats that allow guests to feel history unfold around them. The journey culminates in the Hall of Fame, a reflective and emotionally resonant finale brought to life through mirror-based illusions.

As general contractor, Kraftwerk Living Technologies delivered the full technical realization in close creative collaboration with Responsive Spaces. The result is an attraction built on an extensive range of AV components and bespoke engineering solutions, each meticulously crafted to serve the story.
