National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey wins “Best Visitor Attraction” Category at InAVation Award

Kraftwerk LT was honored for its work on the National Geographic Encounter: Ocean Odyssey yesterday in Amsterdam, winning a prestigious InAVation Award for “Best Visitor Attraction”. The attraction on Times Square in NYC – a virtual “underwater” experience that takes your breath away – was able to leave tough competition behind and convinced the jury with smart technical solutions, impressive, highly immersive systems and the overarching good cause of ocean preservation.
Since our first award entry in 2016, we were able to win the “Best Visitor Attraction” category incredible three out of four times – with three completely different projects: the 5D Castle Theater in 2016, the BMW Welt in 2017 and now the NatGeo Encounter in 2019. There is not much to add other than that we can be very proud of our work!
