2017 | Ipoh (MY)BoBoiBoy 4D Adventure Theatre
On June 26, 2017, a brand-new theme park was opened in Ipoh in Malaysia, the very first animation theme park in Asia called Movie Animation Park Studios (MAPS). One of the attractions featured in the park is a 4D experience, taking visitors on an exciting adventure with BoBoiBoy, Malaysia’s favorite TV character. The “BoBoiBoy 4D Adventure Theatre” seats a total of 192 people, features Kraftwerk Living Technologies’ SFX Motion Seats with 4DOF movement and several integrated special effects such as poke, air face blast, vibration, and leg ticklers just to name a few. State-of-the-art cinema technology including a high-resolution 3D video projection system, an immersive audio system, high-performance video servers, ambient and effect lighting, as well as individually programmed motion and SFX enhance the cinematic experience, immersing guests into the action-packed story.
